UNDP Nepal is seeking proposals for a baseline study to inform its Results Framework. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is open to qualified entities.

This announcement serves as notification of the tender. All bid submissions must be made directly through the UNDP Quantum supplier portal system. This platform does not facilitate direct bid submissions.

Instructions for Participation:

• Existing UNDP Quantum Users: Access the negotiation (Reference Number UNDP-NPL-00480) via the quicklink or by logging into the Supplier Portal and searching for the specified reference number.
• New Suppliers: Register a profile by following the instructions in the user guide available through the Supplier Registration link. Do not create a new profile if an existing one is available; utilize the forgotten password feature if necessary.

It is recommended to create a draft response within the UNDP Quantum system to receive notifications regarding any amendments to the tender requirements. All clarifications should be communicated through the messaging functionality within the system.
